We do not advertise 24/7 or after-hours emergency service, and we do not publish a guaranteed response time. If water is actively coming into the building, say so in your message — it is handled ahead of general enquiries.
If there is immediate danger — a ceiling at risk of collapse, downed power lines, water near electrical fittings — contact the appropriate emergency service or your utility provider first. A roofing contractor is not the right call in those situations.

An inspection answers it better than a message can. We come out, look at the roof, photograph what we find and send you a written summary. Free, and it commits you to nothing.
