Tile Roofing
Clay and concrete tile roofing systems for South Florida homes and properties. Explore barrel tile, flat profile tile, tile roof repair, re underlayment, tile replacement and the waterproofing layers beneath the visible tile.
Explore completed roofing projects, work in progress and close up workmanship details from Nice Roofing. The portfolio includes tile roofing, standing seam metal roofing, architectural shingle roofs, flat and low slope roofing, seamless gutters, downspouts and drainage details completed across Loxahatchee, Palm Beach County, the Glades and northern Broward County.
Every photograph shown here comes from work completed or actively underway by Nice Roofing. We use this portfolio to show what a finished roofing system looks like, what happens beneath the visible roof surface and why details at ridges, valleys, flashings, roof edges, penetrations, seams, gutters and drainage points matter.
Before & after
Project photographs are shown without property addresses, client names, project prices or exact project dates. We protect customer privacy and do not publish details that cannot be verified or that identify a customer’s home or business.
A completed project image shows the finished roof surface. Work in progress images show parts of the installation that a finished photograph cannot, including roof deck preparation, underlayment, membrane seams, tile courses, panel layout, flashing, drainage and roof edge details.
A portfolio should show more than attractive finished roofs. A roof can look good from the ground while the details beneath and around the visible covering determine how it handles water, wind, roof movement, drainage and day to day weather exposure.
Nice Roofing groups project images into three types so you can see both the finished result and the workmanship that supports it.
Finished roof photographs show the overall appearance of a roofing system after installation. They are useful when comparing roof colors, tile profiles, shingle blends, metal panel layouts, roof lines, gutter placement and the way a new roof changes the exterior of a property.
In progress photographs show the work that becomes hidden once the roof is complete. These may include roof deck preparation, underlayment installation, membrane placement, seam welding, tile layout, flashing integration, valley construction and roof edge details.
Close up photographs show the areas where roofing systems often succeed or fail: ridges, hips, valleys, roof penetrations, flashings, seams, trim, eaves, gutters, downspouts and transitions between different roof materials or slopes.
When a project includes a genuine before and after comparison, it is labeled accordingly and uses photographs of the same property and project. We do not pair unrelated photos to create a before and after result.
The portfolio is organized around the roofing systems Nice Roofing installs and services. Use these pages to learn what each roof type involves, what to look for on an existing roof and how material, installation, roof geometry, underlayment, flashing and drainage influence the finished result.

Every roof begins with an inspection. Nice Roofing reviews the condition of the existing roof, photographs relevant findings, explains the roofing systems that suit the property and tells you whether the right next step is repair, replacement, drainage work, storm damage response or planned maintenance.
Whether you are considering tile, metal, architectural shingles, flat roofing, gutters or roof repair, start with a clear assessment and a practical scope built around your property.
